The psychology of fear
Fear is one of the strongest emotional responses of your mind which can influence your life; it can be both protective and destructive force depending on the situation you are in. Fear is like the colored glasses that you wear on your eyes, the whole world looks that color, similarly when you fear everything appears to be fearful, unlucky, depressing, uninteresting and so on.
I am saying this to make it clear that you must know your fear, we always don’t think on why and what we fear, you think on it, the problem gets solved.
Henry. H.Tweedy says – “Fear is the father of courage and the mother of safety” it sounds really true. Most of the times fear becomes a setback for our dreams or hindrance in our lives, it may be any type of fear, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of some objects, fear of being rejected, fear of unsatisfaction and so on.
On the other hand fear can avoid many things, and most interesting part of it is fears always tell you what may go wrong but you presume that you are wrong; fear is a feeling which makes you aware of the difficulty in future so why not use fear as a tool for your success.
How to stop fear? The most important thing about fear is, it is baseless and it is only a feeling of negativity in us, rather think fear is good for us as success comes after fear is won, Remove fear from your mind and emotions in your subconscious. A cheerful, frame of mind reinforced by relaxation is the medicine that puts all the fear to an end.
Doctors examine a patient with fracture by actually taking an x-Ray of it and then treat it, the same way you use your fear, imagine fear as a spectacles on your eyes, it shows you a horrible picture as fear itself is horrible, now remove the spectacles (i.e. fear) and see the success only as you have already seen the failure in your imagination. Fear is a necessary evil which will guide you to success if you use it properly and understand it.
The most surprising thing you will find is once you remove one of the fears the other fear starts appearing as a very small obstacle, this further results in success. I feel fear in limits is necessary for success in life. Bertrand Russell says “to conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom”.

Power of the Subconscious Mind
Scientists say that we only apply 10% of our minds. We are wasting the other 90%.If you are pleased with utilizing merely 10% of your brain then stop reading at once. If you’re not satisfied and desire to use the rest of it then continue reading. Think of the greatness you will be able to achieve by applying your entire mind.

We can’t blame anyone for this. You were never taught how to use your mind. you presently posses the most powerful tool in the world….your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind knows everything. It has all the answers if you just use it correctly your subconscious mind can do miracles for you.
As you've software programs to make the computer work, exactly the same way you must program your mind and the programs you make will manifest the results. How about some of your problems which are not solved? Then, what's the problem? Well it is your conscious mind which knows the reality and creates problem, I know you are asking me how is this possible because we consciously make such affirmations, what goes wrong?
Society around you has programmed your mind with many messages from your childhood since then when you were not aware of your thought process, and all such information is stored in your precious storage room the subconscious mind. Many a times the society imposes messages such as "you can't do it" "you are stupid" "don't take risk" "don't do that"; you can now imagine the bad effect of such messages on any person.
The first step in changing your life is to begin making imprints on your subconscious mind. You can do this by making affirmations as well as thinking certain thoughts.
Let’s start off with a very simple procedure. Use your subconscious mind as an alarm clock. Before going to bed at night, tell it what time you want to get up. Let’s say you would like to wake up at 7:00am. Before going to bed, tell your subconscious mind to “wake me up at 7:00am” and while saying this visualize a clock that shows 7:00.Also, it’s very important to think positive.

Let us take an example to make it clearer. Your consciousness acts as a teacher in the classroom who will allow you to enter if you deserve to be in or else, you are rejected. The same way if you say to yourself that "I am slim and my extra fats are lost" the subconscious has been fed with an idea that you are fat you can't reduce those extra fats easily, now the consciousness (acts as teacher) in you compares the information in subconscious and rejects your thought and this ends up with no result. So this consciousness creates the problem many a times.
Instead tell to yourself "I am in a process of becoming thin, and I am loosing those extra fats" this message is excepted as this is right because your conscious mind knows that you are always in a process.
Don’t say to yourself, “I’m just never lucky” or “I’m just meant to be poor.” Think the opposite, “I am lucky” or “Things always work out to my favor” and I am wealthy and successful.” If you have trouble believing yourself when you say them then change them to become more believable. You can start small or say “I am becoming wealthy.”
Remember your subconscious mind has no sense of humor and cannot tell the difference between reality and an imagined thought. Play no jokes with your mind.
